Capsule DevKit provides web-based tools for game developers, including but not limited to image asset generation (Capsule generation) and AI-powered localization of JSON files. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
3. Use of AI and Third-Party APIs
Our localization tools utilize third-party Artificial Intelligence APIs (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google). By using these features, you acknowledge that:
- You are responsible for obtaining and securing your own API keys.
- Capsule DevKit is not responsible for any costs, overages, or bans incurred on your third-party API accounts.
- AI-generated translations may not always be 100% accurate. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the output before utilizing it in commercial products.
4. Intellectual Property & Commercial Use
Any assets (images, localized JSON files) generated by you using the Service are yours to use for both personal and commercial projects. Capsule DevKit claims no copyright or ownership over the content you upload, process, or export through our tool.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. Capsule DevKit shall not be liable for any damages, loss of data, loss of revenue, or issues arising from the use of the Service.
6. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on this site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
